My friends post horrible pictures of me on myspace?

after we've been to a party or something, they stick all the disgusting pictures of me up on myspace for the world to see,
is there anyway i can get these deleted?
it's really unfair, i ask them not to, they are reallly awful!

Unfortunately, short of going through a legal battle (as they legally have no right to display photos of you without your consent) which would cost money, there isn't much you can do, especially if they are posting them on their own profiles, for which only they know the passwords to.

Of course, you could avoid these kind of situations by not actually getting off your face and allowing your friends to take photos of you...just a suggestion.

EDIT: @Cooky, yes it is possible to report the photos to MySpace...but ONLY if they are displaying them using the standard MySpace software on their profiles. The majority of MySpace users (myself included) do not use this and instead use third-party applications, such as slideshows from Slide.com and RockYou to display their photos more attractively, ie. you can add animations, music and glitter with these applications. If anyone is using these, it's not possible to directly report them unless you contact MySpace separately and explain what is happening and give them the links to all the profiles displaying the content you disapprove of. Unfortunately, from my experience, MySpace are not that great for resolving issues like this and can take weeks to respond.

You're better off staying more sober and getting yourself some nicer friends.

You can report the pictures to myspace. There is a button that says report.

In the comments, just say that you are in the pictures and you "do not approve of their publication."

Thats the go phrase when it comes to defamatory material on the internet.

it could be you are not used to seeing yourself and they may be harmless fun.

I think you should make it very clear to them that you do not want the pics to be posted. If they are your friends and they know your serious, they shouldn't have problem with that.

I have some news that might be hard to handle. These people aren't your friends.

Well first off they don't sound like friends. No friend would ost horrible pictures of you.

2nd all you have to do is ask. There is no way that YOU can delete them only the person who puts them up. Also on the picture comment something like don't put that picture up or something.

3rd next time you see them with a camera get out of there!

I don't know the answer to this question but I felt I had to say these people are not friends they sound very cruel and unkind. Get some new friends. Real friends should be more discreet and kind.

sometimes it takes a really good friend to tell you the truth - just a thought!

contact myspace and tell them that they are putting these pictures on without your concent

firstly ask them to take them off, or if this doesnt work click on the pictures you don't like and there should be a lik below saying report abuse or report innapropriate something like this.
