On my profile there is no section for sending me a message or friend request. And yet i keep getting friend requests from bands. I dont understand. I want to have the section but the layout i chose doesnt seem to have it. Is there anyway people can still add and send me messages?
http://www.myspace.com/corneliahpage the section is still there, it's just invisible. what you can do to make it visible if you want to keep the layout is google 'myspace contact tables' and click on any link and there'll be a variety of contact tables from which u can choose from. as for bands sending u invites, bands usually send invites through a bot. if u dont want to recieve any more invites from bands do this......
go to your home page
click on account settings
click on spam
then uncheck the boxes that say 'allow bands to send friend requests' etc.
that should solve your problem
and no. no one can add u unless u accept their request. they can request, but u have to accept it first. if their is someone who keeps messaging u or sending u friend requests, then u can block them and you won't here from them anymore :]
