I want to make a default layout with this picture.?

i know of a website with a default layout generator and i know how to do it cuz ive done it before. but i think this picture is too small and you cant see it in my profile when i put it as a background. the background' s just gray. does anybody know how i can make the picture fit the background or does anybody want to do it for me??
