How do I apply a background on My Myspace page?

I'm trying to put a background on my myspace page and figure it out, I know, I'm retarded. Can anyone help?

OKEY DOKEY!!!!!
ok so here are the steps that you need to follow!
1) find a background that you like.
2) copy the code for the background.
3) go back to your myspace HOMEPAGE.
4) go to edit profile.
5) scroll down till you get to the about me section.
6) paste the background code onto the about me section.
7) go back to the top of the edit profile page.
8) click on save.
9) enjoy your new background.

you choose the background u want from the website and it should say get code for background or layout ,,it should say something like that and u copy it and then on your myspace go to edit profile then paste it into your about me and the press save all changes..

You can go to a site
like mygen.co.uk
or hotfreelayouts.com
and you pick a layout.
On hotfreelayouts.com you have to click an image, the layout, that you like and it will maximize it and then you click anywhere in the box and the hit the keys ctrl+A.
You go back home, and click the link that says edit profile,
and in your "about me" section you will click anywhere and then hit the keys ctrl+V and then click save all changes.
NOTICE: If you pick a default layout, you will type about yourself or put images or graphics at the BOTTOM of your layout code.
If you have a skinny layout, you will type about yourself or put images or graphics at the TOP of your layout code.
It doesn't really matter where you put text or graphics on a regular layout.
