Can I report a myspace user to myspace for raping me four years ago?

I am a stay at home mother of two. Back when I was eighteen and in college, a (who I thought at the time was) friend, invited me over to his house. I had just broken things off with my boyfriend. I was very upset, he said he just wanted to give me a shoulder to cry on. Anywayz, the last thing I remember is him turning his back, popping open a beer I drank about half the can and started going numb and blacked out, the next thing I remember seeing was the clock in his room saying five twelve am and then waking up naken alone in his bed. I was out in the middle of no where. my mother was five hours away and he is very popular and in a well known band in the southern states. He knew every one on the local police force, that is the last time I have ever drank. I am a mom/wife now, I love my family, but I do not want this happening to another girl by this guy, should I tell myspace and how do I go about it? Thanks yall!

WTF DOES MYSPACE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT??? ND I THINK IT MIGHT BE A LITTLE TOO LATE TO REPORT IT CUZ IT WAS LIKE FOUR YEARS AGO, YOU SHOULD HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE don't report to MYSPACE they'll just laugh at you.

i wouldnt suggest you go to myspace about it but you can.
if you want to report it,go to the police and identify him as a myspace user.they could problaby warn myspace about him.but honestly i dont think myspace would do anything about it.

Yes you can report him as abuse...then type in the more details. or go straight to Tom and tell him how the guy is and how he shouldnt have a myspace. but since thats serious you could go to the police and tell them. Which you should've done. Im sorry that guys a jerk and did that to you. If i were their i would've beat the crap out of him.
