Go onto your start Button at the bottom of your screen, then click on "all programs" then go on "accsesories" then go on "system tools" then click on "char... Happened to me too. I'm not sure why...but I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked fine.... The file extension .email relates to a Microsoft Outlook express mail message.
