How do i make a smiley...? |
im looking for one with its tounge out, and waving its hand in front of it like 'shooing' away somtn.. you know? and with a word bubble saying 'nada' i was wonderin if its possible to make or find a smiley like that Smiley Central will most likely have what you are looking for. |

just contact your msn costumer service and let them know that you would like to cancel out your msn dial up service so that you would no longer be charged for it...i think their number is 800-4942...
