How can you change your msn email without deleting it and making a new one?

You mean keep all the contacts on MSN?
If that's what you mean go on contacts > save contact list > whatever you want to call it (:
Make your new e-mail and sign in on it and go to contacts > import contact list > and find the one you've saved, it re'adds all your contacts and that, but they'll probably ask who you are.

Once you choose an e-mail you either have to stick with it or make a new one.
