This is a scam. They'll want you to send money to pay for "processing" or some other made-up reason. It's not a new fraud but a common one.

I receive this message at least 3 times a day from various persons with different email address.

wow and here i thought i was the only one who got that email

then my sister , dad, brother , 15 uncles and aunts , my neighbor . my pastor , my former mistress , her husband , son , and her former lover , his dad and grandfather got it , and now you !!!

DO NOT REPLY...it's a con...they have NO lottery through msn,yahoo,IBM, Dell or anyone...its a scam...I get these all the time...from the official Nigerian lottery board...The United Arab whatever...they only want your banking information so they can suck your account dry to another country...if you "sucker" into this and lose all your $...ain't nothin' you can do but start over with a diffrent acct. or bank...trust me on this one....

Its one of those cheating scams where you have to keep sending large amounts of cash that get bigger and bigger and you won't get a penny back. Just delete it.
