MSN and windows help?

Every time when I sign on MSN, there is this windows live today thing, which is very irritating. How do I stop it from popping up permanently? And there is this thing where they will call you to send an error back, everytime you have a shut down of an unresponsive application. How do you prevent that from coming out as well?

First you sign in to Messenger , then go to Tools- Options- General (tab in the left side) - Un check ''show windows live today after i sign in to mesenger" . Apply Ok . It wont come from next time .

better reinstall your msn(uninstall first then reinstall)
just go on ur add/remove progs. or try to change its settings

sorry cause i dont use msn i use only windows messenger

uninstall windows live messenger in the add /remove programs.

Also look for any associated toolbar programs and uninstll them

then go to this site and install messenger
dont select any of the junk. They are automatically ticked, you have to untick before clicking next etc.

Note you will not lose display pics or contacts or message history
