Messenger???

Ok I have a problem with my MSN (aka messnger). I downloaded SweetIM its smileys I can use on msn and it gives me a toolbar on my messenger. Ive unstalled it but it still doesnt remove from my msn!!!!!!1 Why? And I have Vista Programme. So help me msn people plz! lol im serious!!!!! Its annoying!

On the top of the internet explorer page, did you try going to "View" and then "Toolbars" and unchecking the helper application that you want to stop seeing?
Also, with vista you can do a system restore to the day before you downloaded the sweetIM program. That should take it off your active computer. It will be saved in some restore history file for you to bring it back if you wanted to or you can then disable the restore feature (after you restore/get rid of sweetIM) and you will delete the backed up file too.

Hi Anna, ok listen: from where u uninstaled it :
if by the normal way it might not be deleted correctly .

so what i want u to do is to go to (Start)

then (Control Panel)

then (Add or remove Programs) or something like this I dont remember its name exactly , but u will find it there

when u click double click on it , it will open and show u all teh programs that u have , if ur smiley program still there

chooce it from teh list and click uninstal or delete or remove

and if u didnt find it there then u can IM me or E-mail me and I'll help u and give u another way
