How come i cant sign into msn?

well it has to nothing firewall or anything all it says when every time i logg in:"We were unable to sign you in to Windows Live Messenger,possibly because of a problem with the service or with your internet connection Please make sure that you are connected to the internet,Error code:81000306......." well i am connected to the intenert because who would i post this question.and i already did try the Troubleshoot thing so um and it cant be my firewall. so can anyone help me :(

Make sure you're connected to internet
make sure you installed the latest version of WML
make sure you have installed the last updates for your operating system
If you are using a security server, make sure that Messenger is allowed to access.
Check the settings for advanced connection of your MSN

maybe the servers are just full .. try using a webmessnger

Odds are is that the server is down on your end. Sometimes , time is the only medicine. In fact, it just happened to me! If a few hours pass and nothing happens, try restoring your PC by going to the programs under the start menu, accessories, then system tools to system restore!

What does it say on the troubleshoot?
if its setting thing go onto the internet & then tools internet options, connections, lan settings, then unclick all the boxes.

re-install msn.... it's a connection problem and the fastest way to fix it is just installing it again...
