Handwriting Feauture?!?

I don't need help but my sister does and I thought I would ask this question for her. Basically the handwriting feature on MSN doesnt work on her computer although she's downloaded it. When she trys to write it just doesnt make a mark. Help?! How can she get it to work?!

She would need to download Microsoft Journal Viewer if she hasn't already done so. The link is below

Afterwards she should check for updates since Journal Viewer has issued some past security patches to fix security vulnerabilities.
