How do i get rid of these stupid little pictures i have instead of letters and words on my msn?

click on the emocion symbol, then show all; the simply modify them so they dont appear when you type certain words or delete them

1. Click on the arrow next to the smiley face
2. click on see all
3. select what u want to remove
4.Click on remove

If they're on your account go to the select smiley above the text box, then click show all, scroll down, click on the pictures you want to get rid of and then click remove.

If they're on other peoples accounts you open up your contact list, then go to tools. And then options, then click Messages and un-tick the box that says show custom emotions.

As above.. but if you want to save the emoticons to use when u wish store them with an asterix (*) before the word to describe them.

Hi, go to emoticons in the tool section, then simply click on a emoticon and you should get "modify" at the side, just simply change the shortcut. I use shortcuts like this - [h]
