Anoying virus keeps sending stuff on msn?

ok i remember downloadin a unsafe file of the internet by accidnt so this must be it , i go on msn bring up a convo box then type stuff soon as i minimize it ,it disapears then wont let me reopen it , and then some times people nudge my screen and start going wtf, then i scrool up to see an automatic message typed saying this "wtf you naked o.o http;//mail.xeross.net/18nakedq4bo.jpg.e...
i ran norton and it come uip wit han IRCBOT i got rid of it but it still happens and its getting anoying and i want to get rid of it , any suggestions that could do the job?

if it finds some files and won`t delete them (due to commercial reasons that might happen) copy&paste the report on the notepad, search the files and delete them. don't forget to unable your antivirus temporally before online scanning

Uh, I know this is probably dumb, but do you have a firewall up? I once had a trojan that did that, but I put up a firewall and I haven't seen it since. Your case might be different. Just a suggestion. Or you can trace the file and try to delete the file or something. That works too... usually.

I think the best way to remove it is to restore your computer back to the date when your downloaded the unsafe file.. This is how you do it on my computer but it might be slightly different on yours..
1) Go To 'Start'
2) Then 'Help And Support'
3) Then Click 'System Restore'
4) You Should See Somewhere That Says 'System Restore' Click That
5) Then Click 'Restore My Computer Back To An Earlier Date'
6) Then Just Choose That Date That Was Like A Day Before You Installed LimeWire

Once Youve Done That Your Computer Should Be Exactually How It Was At That Date.. Doing This Doesnt Delete Any Of Like You Files Like Photos Or Word Documents It Only Unistalls Any Programs That Have been Installed

Also On Norton Once Youve Ran The Check On The Comp And If It Comes Up With Any Viruses Then I Think You Can Click Something That Will Get Rid Of Them.. But Im not Sure..

It's called MSN virus and you can't get rid of it when installed (even if you remove it, it happened to me but with another MSN virus). You can only reboot your computer to get rid of it (as in reinstall win xp or whatever you got).
