If you just want to remove Outlook Express in XP then open Control Panel, open Add & Remove > Add & Remove Windows Components Wizard, scroll down list remove tick next to Outlook Express. Click OK. But you might as well leave it alone you gain no extra space & something that else that you use may stop working because of it's removal.
