Well I had both, but this year I've decided I'm going with Yahoo! Messenger cos Windows Live Messenger tends respond slower than Yahoo! Messenger on my laptop. So I've deleted Windows Live Messenger. Besides that Yahoo! Messenger was my first chat program that I use, so most of my mates are on there. But yeah, the main reason why I like Yahoo! Messenger better is the Avatar. I just like working on it and customizing it.

Anyhow, have fun on either world (Yahoo! or Windows Live)

MSN ..more people use it, it's what i've always used. Doesnt try to install software you didnt ask for, like yahoo does.

I use yahoo have for many many yrs also have msn but don't really like it haven't used it for long time it seems if you don't want it on the computer and you say don't want it to start up when you start the computer is still does it's like a virus it's sooo annoying

Msn certainly looks better but the live cam service is shocking.Yahoo is more reliable for not crashing though.
