Blocking people from emailing you - MSN.?

I am getting hundreds of emails from websites like Bebo, survey groups, finance help groups etc and it's starting to get on my nerves. I was just wondering, is there any way on MSN I can change the settings so only the people on my contacts can email me?

If you are using a Hotmail account click on options on the right side of your screen on you email. You have many choices to manage you mail from there.

Log in to your MSN account and look in the right side - click on "options".

Look under "Junk E-Mail" and click "Filters and Reporting".

Click the little button on the side that says "Exclusive".
