If someone who usually appeared "mobile" while on offline msn, now just appears offline..am i blocked?

no don't worry it means he dis activated the mobile option thing so now he just appears offline like all the others without the mobile sign

he probably sill appear offline as mobile because you were never signed in, in your old acount while he signed in at the same time so you can't see the changes, and even if he blocked you as mobile you will still see the mobile sign i just asked my friend to block me she has the mobile sign and when i told her to block me she still had the mobile sign but offline
