Can i search for friends Id's on msn?

I know the first and last name of the person, I just dont know if he has a screen name and I dont even know if I can look him up, Help please?

The person may be one of several with the same first and last name e.g. John Smith so whilst you could look them up, you may end up talking to the wrong one. Why not be bold and ask your friend outright for their contact name? They are going to know you tried to contact them anyway if you happened to strike lucky first time. Good hunting.
