I had the same problem lol And lost all my contacts :( So i gave up msn Try reinstalling msn or copy his e-mail address to add contacts . Hope this helps

You don't mention whether it was working and now, suddenly, it doesn't or if it's never worked. If it's the former then it may be something to do with the MSN Messenger server....

I highly doubt it's truthful. Even if they do ban you, you can just start a new account with a different name, and they have no way of knowing.
