MSN messenger help?HELP!!!?

I've been trying to contact my uncle on the internet, I added him and all like a year ago and I was able to talk to him. Now he calls me and asks me to go on, but I can't see him online and he can't see me. We can email each other, but not instant message. I can talk to him on my sister's email and on another email, but not on mine. Can anyone help me!!

And lost all my contacts :( So i gave up msn
Try reinstalling msn or copy his e-mail address to add contacts . Hope this helps

try re addin him to your contacts again and get him to do the same with your account

hmm....try adding each other again...and make sure its not blocked.

just cause he cant see that youre online dosent mean you cant talk

ok, try adding him again in your contacts. You could have mispelled his email address when adding him. if it doesnt work then tell him to ADD you, you should receive a notice asking for your permission to be added to his contacts. Then take it from there..

it may be one fo the 2 has blocked the other. just try deleting him from your contact list, and he does the same for you, then just both add each other again. if not check out the msn help sites

ok, one of two things, either he (or you) has a different version of i.m., because that happened to me once, and it was because of that. another reason could be that you guys accidently blocked eachother, or somehow one of you accidently changed the others email address for instant message. other then that i dont know. hope it hepls.

delete him of your msn then re add him and tell him to do the same it will work
