Msn Error Codes!! Grrrggh I Hate These Don't You....??

Hi Everyone, i appericiate you reading my question and if you could help please answer :)
Well.... recently when i try loggin onto msn it doesnt seem to work it appears with the
error code: 81000306
I have tryed doing my firewall but it doesnt work?
now i have deleted msn and my internet explorer security settings wont let me install it again!! i have tryed tryed changing it but it still doesnt work!!
any help pleasee?
