HOTMAIL HELP! LOgin?

I cant access my emails on hotmail it says login error and i can into my msn but not read my emails .. it says:-
Windows Live Hotmail wasn't able to complete this request because your account is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later
any ideas whats wrong ?x

This happens when someone has made too many unsuccessful attempts to log into your Hotmail account (intentionally or by accident)

same here, and whenever i clicking on the link through messenger it says i need to install a language pack i would just leave it for a while

Thats a new one on me.
Make sure you have your email address and password typed exactly right, with no spelling mistakes (is the Caps Lock on?)

Can you connect to MSN Messenger?
Can you connect to the MSN website?

Try accessing your emails from http://mail.live.com (thats the new name for Hotmail).
Try using a different web browser, such as Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com).

If nothing helps, it looks like your account is unavailable. Maybe they're doing maintenance (whatever that is) or they've blocked the account for some reason.

you may have had your id stolen, try to contact hotmail through regestering another qaccount- hotmail is impossable to get hold of unless your logged in.
