Msn not working.. please help!?

I have the new and old msn, my new msn wont work! it says error code 80004005.. and it says my internet thing isn connected.. but it is otherwise how cold i be writing this!? EVERYTHING IS FINE!!! But if i sign in on a different account it works normally. its just my account wont work. its been like this since yesterday and i dont know why and its P***ing me off. please help meee :)

i already have the newest msn updated theres no more updates i can get but its still not working its been like 3 days

Tis is an issue some one could be using your identity. Go on your hotmail account on the web and change your password or even open up the program of messenger and click on forgotten password. And another way to resolve it is uninstall that current version you are using and go on the website to install the newest version and keep it up to date. Hope this helps.

The best option would be to get rid of the MSN. MSN is one of the worst choices for internet/email providers besides AOL.
If you need a free e-mail account, get one from Yahoo or Gmail, they are soooooooooo much better!

If you are encountering this error when signing in, please install the latest version of Windows Live Messenger from http://get.live.com/messenger/overview

check if you have some kind of virus, (scan your pc) if you are running a p2p (emule, ares) ,these use a lo of bandwidth when runnign full speed, .. (in this case, slow down the p2p and restart the router) ..
check if you installed a skin, scipt, plugin, animated display or sth. recently .. that might be the reason ..


go to seach on start,
search up your email address in the box for all files and folders.
make sure you have search hidden files and system files selected, and search in your documents and settings and make sure the folder is on your account as im admin and it showed up on another users, but dont delete this.
Then delete the one which says windows live contacts and open up msn and type in your email and pass, then it should work fine.
