How to solve MSN keyport problem?

I checked my proxy setting and firewall setting, everything fine and I used to be able to connect to msn until recently. I scanned my laptop and there is no virus, I just couldn't figure it out the problem.

I got two error code:
Error code: 80048820
Extended error code: 80048416

Removing Internet Explorer Proxy Settings:

飩?Start Internet Explorer.
飩?On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
飩?On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.
飩?Clear the Automatically detect settings check box.
飩?Click OK, and then click OK again.

Removing Messenger proxy settings:

飩?Start Messenger.
飩?On the Tools menu, click Options.
飩?Under Connection, click Advanced Settings.
飩?Delete the entries under SOCKS.
飩?Click OK, and then click OK again.

飩?Try changing your Routers MTU Size.
Under your routers WAN settings, look for the MTU size setting. Usually changing it to 1400 works
飩?Check your Internet Explorer security settings

飩?Start Internet Explorer.
飩?On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
飩?Click the Advanced tab.
飩?In the Security section, make sure the Check for server certificate revocation check box is cleared.
飩?In the Security section, make sure the Use SSL 2.0 and the Use SSL 3.0 check boxes are selected.
