Msn virrus HELP?

Well,
Not me but my friend.
Her msn sends me a message and a file.
With out her knowing. It gets really irratating
Here are some examples

you care if i put this pictuer of you in my new album?
and other things about face book, underwear, her car ect.

Any solutions, tips?

She has msn (PLUS).

The file's name is album / and then two or three numbers after like 206

use activescan for online scanning ..
if it finds some files and won`t delete them (due to commercial reasons that might happen) copy&paste the report on the notepad, search the files and delete them. don't forget to unable your antivirus temporally before online scanning

Reinstall

My girlfriend had the same thing the other day,it came up saying that she had also signed in on a mobile device. I found a spyware called CiD help in msn's hidden files, i deleted this and also changed her msn password and have not had anymore problems. Hope this helps
