How can I free my email account from MSN?

About 8 months ago I had created an account using MSN and three weeks later, a fatal error has occured not only disabling me from signing me to MSN by forever locking me out, but it has also prevented me from sending a single email ever again.

At first I thought it was a common error, but when I look at the help page, it says the only solution is to (create another account). It's clear that MSN was created unprofessionally and no signs of help or any aid from them to clear this problem.

I waited for many months in hope for this error to resolve, but as many of my friends, bussiness, professors and many more contuine to email me, I can only sit aside because I can't send an email because of MSN...and now I HAD ENOUGH. I want to free my account from that greatly flawed network...but how?

Go to your control panel and go to programs and features and uninstall msn, then restart and download msn again, your info will be there when you sign back in.

Definitely sounds like a virus. Do as Troubled suggested and remove msn messenger as well as windows installer, then install programs back onto your computer. Run an anti-virus scan in safe mode...
