I think you must mean skype. It is a form of an online messenger, but I don't believe its done by MSN or Microsoft. Skype's main hype is that you can make phone calls through the internet via your computer. You also can call other people through there skype accounts free of charge, pretty much just like a voice chat.

OMG Skype is funny. It's where you can make calls to phone numbers (it costs) or just ring random people who are also on Skype and have webcam conversations with them, or just with the microphone.
The reason why it's funny is because lots of old pervy men go on it from different countries and it's funny to wind them up.
