My friends computor isnt working. it wont let him use ne microsoft websites or bebo?

most websites arnt working and he cant get on msn or on his emails. hes checked for viruses and deleted all new things hes dowloaded. does anyone know what he can do?

Think when his computer was working- then do a system restore to reset the settings to that day. I had the same problem with my computer and that was the only way i solved it.

try a system restore

I suggest
a) check for any parental control as they get funny with some sites.
b) run a "hijack this" log and check it for strange items.. google will help for this.
c) system restore
d) reformat

those are in the order I would run it.

u know all though u have internet connection but its not working it doesn't mean u have to do system restore. chek the internet cable, restart the pc or try accessing internet some other times. But do not do system restore please!!
