Somebody hacked my hotmail account?

please how can i get my password back they changed the location and the security question and everything please

Create another account name & let it be just temporary. Then contact MSN @ someone else's or another computer & inform them of your previous address site @MSN.com, & inform an MSN Operator of: your original address, password & secret question & its answer!
Make sure that you are not going through a robot!
