Does this mean that NarutoMangaReturns is cancelled permanently?!?

I looked up Narutomangareturns on Msn.com and it's a site where you can read naruto manga. It said that MSN disabled the group and I was wondering if it would open later or what because I wanted to read the naruto chapter 385 that comes out today. If it is going to be deleted, does anyone kno where I can read them somewhere else?
