Has anyone got their hotmail account back after it was hacked?

I have had my hotmail account hacked into - i went to log in and someone has changed my password AND the security question. Whoever has done it has also gone in and changed my facebook password and I cant reset it because the email will go to hotmail - its a vicious circle! I have emailed facebook to see if there is anything they can do.

I had different passwords for them both and the passwords were completely random with numbers etc in them and i had never told anyone what they were so my only guess is that it is some kind of keylogger/hacker that has got in.

Basically I have sent a verification report to msn/hotmail where I had to give them as many details about my contacts/emails in my inbox/ msn contacts etc as possible but was wondering if anyone has actually been allowed back into their account after doing this?

Thanks for the answers so far - its def. not anyone in my house and I am so careful about passwords and logging out etc that I really think it must be a keylogger.

I've tried the msn help link and they were the ones who sent me the verification thing but i havent heard anything yet... fingers crossed i get it back!

are you sure its not someone else in your house hold using your pc when your away

use activescan for online scanning ..
if it finds some files and won`t delete them (due to commercial reasons that might happen) copy&paste the report on the notepad, search the files and delete them. don't forget to unable your antivirus temporally before online scanning

Most likely a keylogger. I cant stand hackers. But they will always be around. People that have nothing better to do. I hope you get it back =]
