Can you video chat with msn messenger? if so, how?

yes u can video chat. Either you or the person that u r talking to has to have a webcam hooked up to their computer.
How u can tell if the person has a webcam is when you r talking to another person there will be a little webcam picture right next to their name and picture. All you have to do is click on that and an invitation will be sent to the person to start a webcam conversation (audio).

If you want to start your own webcam then click on the webcam logo up at the top of msn messenger when you r talking to someone and click on "send audio message".
Make sure that u have a webcam plugged in and installed first.

ive done it. i had to install my camera and update my version of msn and then msn automatically detected my cam. my friend in france didnt even have to have the same version of messenger.

Yes you can.

Make sure both of you have webcams which are fully installed,and also a microphone.

Then click 'video call' at the top of the chat screen to start chatting.
