Can i use msn without installing it...?

my computer wont let me install msn or aim or any other program and i need msn to chat with my cousins in europe i also need to use it with my camera..so do u know any sites like meebo.com where i can use msn without installing it and be able to use the camera too while on it.

i would use www.ebuddy.com plus u can use yahoo, myspace etc accounts on there

edit: as for the camera thats slightly more difficult to cater for. Your camera requires you to activate the drivers on your PC which at present (To my knowledge - I'd happily ask to be corrected if im incorrect) no web based chat system allows.

You could also use Skype to chat with your cousins. It's free.. but you have to install it on your computer, so that might not be an option.
