Disable user sign in when opening laptop?

I got vista basic on a second new laptop...first one has vista business...
Anyways my brother found out how to do this on my other laptop but now I have to do it for this one,

When you open the laptop to wake it from sleep mode, vista promps to click the admin. icon (in this case its "family") before it can go to the desktop.

If anyone knows how to disable the whole user sign in screen when opening the laptop that would be a huge help.

Danny that brings me right where I need to by BUT...
When I try to click the setting to switch the pull down...the pull down box thing goes grey and wont let me switch it for some reason.

any ideas whats up with that?

Go to Control Panel > System and Matinence (I know I spelled it wrong) > Power Options and edit your plan settings. Select "change advanced plan settings". Then, under "Additional settings", at the top, you can say if you want a password on the computer's wakeup.
