Look at your manufacturer's instructions. In accordance with mine, I use glass cleaner sprayed onto a cloth (not directly on the screen). This question comes up from time to time and I'm likely to get thumbs down but I use glass cleaner, as Toshiba recommends.

I'm using Fellowes screen cleaning wipes, its superior cleaning everytime and don't scratch your screen, Alcohol free,Anti static, Dermatologically safe and non streak. Try it. 100 sheets in a tube.
