I have a problem with my laptop?

when i connect to the internet there seems to be a commercial playing in the background but all there is playing is audio, when i close out my browser it continues. and when i try to press ctrl+alt+delete it says task manager has been disabled by the admin. but my account is the admin, and my account is the only one on it. after about five minutes it stops. what the hell is going on?

i have avg and ad-aware and they havent found anything

I know this is going to sound like the typical answer, but it seems like it fits your problem. It sounds a lot like a virus or more likely spyware. Do you have sufficient protective programs on your computer that would protect you from such things? Even if you do, I'd highly recommend you run a scan for both and see if your scanners pick anything up.
