Laptop windows xp?

i have toshiba laptop windows not loading. every time i click on normal startup are safemode brings me right back. windows won't load. i don't have cd for it. any ideal what i can try.

My Toshiba lap top has crashed 3 times. had to reinstall win/
have you try ed doing system restore? from safe mode?
another thing to try is when you get windows back up//do a (start(run(CHKDSK /F) it will go to dos/ then a yes or no question. answer yes>>restart computer it will check your windows.and the /F will fix your boot system

You can try a repair install

or you could take it to a computer store and ask for a fix.
