if you want to get the exact theme-- then go to:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...

you can search for the exact theme

but if you want the actual toolbar & things FOR EVERYTHING, then:

For XP/98/2000/windows:

right click on your desktop
-select properties
-click the appearance tab (im not exactly sure it's this one)
-click advanced (or settings-- whichever one)
-scroll through the list and change the colors

Windows Vista:

-Right click the desktop
-click personalize
-click the WINDOW COLOR AND APPEARANCE link
-click the OPEN CLASSIC.... (bottom in blue)
-scroll through the list and change the colors

Hope this helps! I'm not exactly sure about XP/etc. bc right now im running vista! I know you can do it though on XP/98/97 because I have done it on all these operating systems!
