Why does my HP laptop suddenly go white with lines going across the screen? |
I'm using my laptop and all of the sudden the screen goes white, with lines going across. I'm about to call warranty but I don't know why its doing this. It's almost like its frozen except the whole screen goes white. looks like fault with the screen connector (hardware issue), or maybe display driver issue.. try reinstaling display drivers else , if it is still under warranty, better take it back to vendor...and get it fixed before the warranty goes out. i have an hp, i think that happened to me too but stopped. my screen went black and had vertical white lines.. im not rlly sure what it is but it stopped after doing it like twice? :/ |
