Why when i search on google...?

and click on a website listed in the search does it re direct me to random websites and other search engines, its really annoying me as i dont no much about computers?

It sounds like you might be infected with spyware/malware.
The symptoms you describe makes me think that your browser has been hijacked but dont panic. It can be fixed.
I recommend you download a program call spybot which is available here:http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...
And also download adaware which is available here:http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-2007/30...

Both of these programs are free. Be sure to update both of them, then scan using both of them and choose to remove/delete any items that come up in the scan.
