When Gmail stores your password on your computer, where is it? |
I tried to use a Password Manager program on my system and generated an extremely difficult password on my Gmail account and several other accounts. They are stored in the browser you are using..Like Firefox or Microsoft internet explorer..if you requested they be remembered by them..Click TOOLS from the top of your browser window...then click OPTIONS..then SECURITY from the top of the window that comes up..go down where it says show passwords..click there...takes you to a window that will probably say again SHOW PASSWORDS..click again...there they are..if your using some other browser may be sightly different, but I think you get the idea....Wally |
