Why don't you just use Google?

Why do people ask questions in Yahoo Answers that can be resolved by doing a 2 second Google search? Honestly.

cause this way, all youve gotta do is type your problem and then have other people answer it for you. and you cant always get the answer from google.. like if you type in 'factor 5x^2+72x-14' it probably wont have your answer.

because they are lazy or incompetent

I use both, google for a quick answer and yahoo for a person's opinion.

Sometimes you want to hear from other who are experienced in whatever it is you are talking about. Perhaps to get a more personal response.

Well i do google also, but on yahoo answers, you can find the real answer you need, while on google it's harder. By dealing with common problems every day people are better able to answer the qustions on a topi they know.

wtf ..so why you on yahoo answer ? well i guest because its kinda fun and you are helping people out with their problems..well i dont know thats why i am here and its kinda intersting too because some people ask some weird questions and you learn some new things too ..

People use this because it is better than using a forum. People can reply specifically to your question without being distracted by other comments on other questions. This is really for those who need/want the approval/opinions of others.

If your looking for general info google. But you can find links to things on here that wont appear for several pages on the Goog

cause on yahoo you can get a specific answer to the question you want to ask

on google, it gives you things related to the question which is usually a whole lot of things that relate to it but arent really the answer

Because this is more fun and you can get all kind of crazy answers

Why dont you use Google to find an answer ???

because people are looking for an EASY answers.
and most of them don't know how to use google.

ex: if someone types: computer virus google usually gives 13,300,000 results
but if that person types "computer virus" google gives 8,170,000 results....

people are just plain LAZY

That's a good question that I ask myself every time I check Yahoo! Answers.....But, if everyone did that, they couldn't show off their awesome spelling and grammar skills. It would be tragic to miss out on entertainment like that...

We can get any answers from google. But it's only one. It's might be wrong or right. we don' know. But we are asking questions through yahoo means most of the expert's logging with yahoo answers and they are providing various best answers. We can get different best answers for the same questions. That's why?

Hmmmm... it's a tough one i can't find anything to do with that on google mabye you should try(!)
