how do you put your website on google as a result? I really want to know cause i have a few websites.

The most certain way is to pay them, of course.

If you don't want to do that, submit your site to DMOZ which is the main resource used by hundreds of search engines, including Google.

go to www.google.co.uk/webmasters and it will tell you all about how best to structure your site for inclusion in the google index.

All you need to do to get it on google is to post it on the internet and have it fall under a certain search word (like online videos)

To my knowledge , there are 2 ways people do it, firstly your site is showed on the google search pages based on your ratings, these are very broad topic, but i can give you one example, one of the ways your site could be seen in the search pages is by you sites popularity (hitcount of people visit your site), as your popularity increase, you increase in the order of the google search page. Another way is the paid services by google itself, the detials for such services are there in the google home page itself (click the tab named "more" and you can find the relevant category there).
