Can't open attachments, takes it to gmail and doesn't open even after login to gmail?

I have received an email with attachments and there are 3 options - View as HTML, Open as a google document and download. On clicking any of these 3 options it opens another window with gmail login screen. When I login to my gmail account is shows an error (We鈥檙e sorry, but your Gmail account is currently experiencing errors.). Please suggest.

Is the email from a reliable source, sometimes attachments are really viruses or spyware...if it is from someone you know they may have uploaded the document incorrectly.

From login to open account refer it operate small letter or caps from id + password too, if password open caps reply recd. error.
pl. understand the simple matter to solve login problem permanently . login right way to right manner show rightly. enjoy the gmail site as u wish. to invite through your loved friends too.
