searchable in the sense??? top placements for your targetted keywords?? if so it can be achieved by

1) Link building
2) Proper title tags
3) good internal linking
4) Sitemap and its submission

follow good ethical seo techniques.... it might take some time but.....you shall get decent traffic and good placements
