Added a business center in Google Locals, but no PIN received even after 3 weeks.?

I tried adding a business center, and it said that Post having PIN has been dispatched on Jan 24, 2008 . But havnet recievd till date?? what can i do on this.......

The email with the PIN probably got caught in your spam filter. Have you checked there?
