Check your hosts file (if the rest of the internet works fine)

c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

open hosts with notepad by double clicking and selecting notepad when it asks you what program to use.

look for an entry that says google.com paired with some other numbers. If you see that entry, delete it.

If you're running IE, get Firefox. Even if it doesn't solve your problem, its much better than IE (safer, quicker and more efficient). If Firefox is playing up, use another browser.

Use Yahoo!, Ask or Altavista

Nope, it's perfectly up and running. As pretty much everyone here as stated. It's your computer.

Try and download CCleaner. http://www.ccleaner.com/

And download from there, and run a computer clean with a simple click. And it should clear all your history and such.

Also, if that doesn't solve it. It could also be that at your home other users have set something to block it.

Anyways, it could also be slow internet connection at your end? .. Anyways, try what I said and if that doesn't work. We'll have to try extra measures.
