Why can I zoom into google earth and be able to see trees and cars, but never see a single person??

Are there no humans on planet earth?? Don't tell me it's not zoomed in far enough, if I can see cars and trees I should at least see ant-sized people. Can anybody solve this mystery?

The satellites are too high up..it's just like flying in a plane..you can see cars, trees, houses, etc but not people while in the air (if there's not clouds in the way)

They tell us when they are going to take the picture and we all hide inside. Didn't you get the memo?

I see several reasons for the absence and you will have to pick and choose.
1. What does a person look like in the aerial shots? Go to this location 32掳46'44.33"N 96掳48'2.87"W and look below and a bit right of the oval blue swimming pool. Is that a person? There is a shadow shaped like a person, but the person if there, blends in. What about the shadow with the white dot just at the top edge of the pool?

2. Consider the size of a person. Compare the size of the traffic signals and their shadows. Not far from the location above, on Main Street the stands for the traffic lights are over 2 feet wide and 6-8" thick and also hold signs and street lights. Yet they are very hard to pick out.
3. I believe most of the images are captured on a traveling image - that is the plane is moving at several hundred miles per hour and the film or sensor is moving in the opposite direction so the image stands still on film/sensor long enough to get a good image. But virtually all of the people outdoors are moving and so tend to shift and blur between pixels during the image time. Only those people as still as lamp posts show up.

If you look carefully you see people and shadows of people depending where you look...Try looking at a very busy place!.
